This limitation applies to claims arising from Site content, omissions, third-party services, affiliate links, downloads, code examples, configuration changes, unauthorized access, or other interactions with the Site, regardless of the legal theory and even if the possibility of damage was known.
To the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our aggregate liability for claims related to the Site will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to Local Resource Hub for use of the Site during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $100. Because ordinary access to the Site is currently free, this cap will generally be US $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Local Resource Hub and its owners, contributors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your submissions, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Site owner principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
